How K-12 Education System works in Romania

K-12 i.e. 12 years of school education starts in a child's life in Romania by the time he/she attains 4/5 years of age. For Pre-primary education there are many Kindergartens to prepare small kids for elementary education. Romanian children attend pre-school before moving to a formal school. For teaching of Classes 1 to 12 there are both type of schools i.e. Schools administered by the Romanian Ministry of Education and International schools.
